Studio KZ created planning and conceptual design drawings for a new bed and breakfast resort at the mouth of the Seiku River in Washington state, an hour west of Seattle. Located on the bank of Strait of San Juan de Luca at the mouth of the Sekiu River, the resort included ten suites, several RV hookups, camping spaces, and a main lodge featuring a restaurant and small spa.
