Studio KZ designed the interior tenant improvement buildout for this brand new kaiten-sushi restaurant in Gilbert, Arizona. Crisp and fresh, the understated decor and color palette emphasizes the openness, the parade of sushi plates, and the cheerful conversational vibe.  Studio KZ employed simple textures and variable lighting schemes to allow the restaurant to adjust its atmosphere between lunch, dinner, weekday, and weekend dining.
